GlassiGo Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the GlassiGo mobile application accesses, processes, stores and shares information.
1. Information collected by GlassiGo
GlassiGo does not currently collect personal information on external servers and does not require users to create an online account.
Information entered into the application, including profile details, glass calculations, saved glasses, projects and notes, is stored locally on the user's device.
2. Camera, photos and files
GlassiGo may request access to the device camera, photos or files when the user chooses to take a photograph or attach a file to a saved glass or project.
These photographs and files are selected or created by the user and are stored locally on the user's device. GlassiGo does not automatically upload them to an external server.
3. Generated files and QR codes
GlassiGo can generate PDF, Excel, DXF and QR-code content based on information entered by the user.
Generated files are stored locally on the device. The user may choose to save, export, open or share these files using applications and services available on the device.
4. Sharing information
GlassiGo does not automatically share user information with third parties. Information is shared only when the user actively selects a sharing or export function.
When information is shared through another application or service, that third party's own privacy policy and data-handling practices apply.
5. Internet access
The application may use an internet connection for functions required by the application, its operating environment or associated platform services. GlassiGo does not currently operate an external user database or upload saved calculation projects to a GlassiGo server.
6. Third-party services and libraries
GlassiGo may use software libraries provided by third parties to support functions such as file selection, image selection, file opening and content sharing.
These libraries may interact with Android or device services as required to provide the function selected by the user.
7. Data storage and security
User-created data is stored locally using storage provided by the device and operating system. Users should protect their devices using suitable security measures such as a password, PIN or biometric lock.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored information remains on the device until the user deletes it within the application, clears the application's data, deletes the relevant generated files or uninstalls the application.
Because GlassiGo does not currently maintain online user accounts or store project information on its own servers, there is currently no server-based account or project data to request for deletion.
9. Children's privacy
GlassiGo is a technical glass calculation and project-support application. It is not specifically designed for or directed toward children.
10. Future changes
Future versions of GlassiGo may introduce optional online services, synchronization, analytics or other data-processing functions.
This Privacy Policy will be updated before such functions are introduced, and any required permissions, disclosures or consent mechanisms will be provided.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to GlassiGo, applicable laws or platform requirements. The latest version will be published on this page, together with its effective date.
